Most software-related issues can be resolved remotely. Hardware failures (e.g. a broken screen or failed hard drive) may require a replacement part, which we can guide you through separately.
How long does a typical repair take?
Most issues are diagnosed and resolved within the same session. More complex problems may require a short follow-up.
Is remote access to my computer safe?
Yes. Sessions run through an encrypted remote-access connection, and you can see and end the session at any time. Nothing is accessed without your permission.
Do I need to back up my data before the session?
We recommend it as a general precaution, and our technicians can help you set up a backup if you don't already have one.
